Foxtail Millet Mango Rice

Ingredients

  1. Foxtail millet – 1 cup,
  2. Water – 2 cups,
  3. Grated raw mango – 1 or as per taste,
  4. Groundnuts – 2 tsp.
  5. Seasoning - Curry leaves, green chillies, mustard seeds, blackgram dal, turmeric, asafoetida, oil, salt to taste

Directions

  1. Cook the millet in water and let it cool.
